1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("these Terms") govern your use of the Kucatoo products — including Kucatoo Coder, Kucatoo Cloud and Kucatoo Stores, and any add-ons such as worker slots — purchased through this billing hub (pay.kucatoo.ai) or through a product site. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using a Kucatoo product, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the services. All subscriptions are billed by Kucatoo; the name on your card statement is KUCATOO.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping that account secure; activity carried out through your sign-in is your responsibility.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (at least 18, or the age of majority where you live). The services are not directed at children.
• You must give accurate information (including a working email address for billing and account notices) and keep it current.

3. Complying with the law and acceptable use

You agree to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of the services — including the laws of your country or region and, where relevant, export controls, sanctions and data-protection law — and to use the services only for lawful purposes.

You must NOT:

• use the services for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing — including creating, storing or distributing content that violates copyright, trade secrets, privacy or other rights of others;
• generate, request or distribute content that promotes violence, hatred or harm against individuals or groups, sexual content involving minors, or content intended to harass, defame or threaten anyone;
• create or distribute malware, or attack, probe, overload or interfere with Kucatoo's systems or anyone else's (unauthorized access, port scanning, denial of service, and circumventing rate limits or access controls are all prohibited);
• reverse-engineer the services, scrape them at scale, or use them to build a competing product without written permission;
• resell or provide the services to third parties as if they were your own, except as expressly allowed by a product's own terms;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or present output from the services as independently human-created professional advice.

AI-generated output can be wrong. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) or as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions; verify anything that matters.

Each product may publish additional acceptable-use rules on its own site; those rules apply in addition to this section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules (see §10).

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
• Changes that increase what you owe (upgrades, added add-ons) are charged immediately, prorated to the period; reductions take effect at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.
• You can view, manage and cancel every Kucatoo subscription in one place: the customer portal, reachable at coder.kucatoo.ai → Settings → Manage billing.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable advance notice of changes affecting an existing subscription (by email or in the product) before they take effect.
• You are responsible for the legality of the source of the funds you use to pay, and for any applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any subscription at any time from the customer portal (see §4). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no partial-period refunds are issued by default. For error charges and the full policy, see the Refund Policy.

6. Your content

• You keep ownership of the prompts, files and other material you provide ("your content"). We process it only to operate, secure and bill the services.
• You must have the rights needed to share any content you upload or process through the services.
• We may monitor for abuse, security incidents and compliance with these Terms, and may remove or block content or usage that violates them.
• Feedback you provide may be used freely to improve the services.

7. Intellectual property

The Kucatoo services, software, brand and design are and remain the property of Kucatoo and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the services as a customer — and no other rights. You may not use Kucatoo names, logos or trademarks without written permission. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Copyright complaints

To report copyright-infringing material, email legal@kucatoo.ai with: identification of the work, the location of the material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kucatoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the services and cancel your subscriptions at any time (§4–5).
• We may suspend or terminate access for: non-payment, violation of these Terms (including §3), security risk to others, or as required by law — with notice where practicable.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing for amounts owed, §6–9, this §10) survive it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product with reasonable advance notice; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Kucatoo operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will always try to resolve concerns first — contact billing@kucatoo.ai — and unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
