Refund Policy

All Kucatoo product subscriptions are billed by Kucatoo and share this single refund policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription at any time from the customer portal ("Manage billing" on any product site). Access continues until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds are issued by default.

Refunds

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@kucatoo.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will review it case by case.

Failed payments

When a renewal payment fails we retry automatically (Stripe Smart Retries) and notify you by email before access is suspended.
